Terms of Service for Condo Rental Management

1. These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern the rental management services provided by the Linderhof Country Club to condo unit owners ("Owners"). By participating in our rental management program, Owners agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Rental Management Fee Owners will be charged a rental management fee ("Resort Fee") of [percentage/amount] for each rental booking made through our services. This fee covers the administrative and operational costs associated with managing the rental of the condo units and the surrounding property.

3. Guest Amenities Usage Owners are responsible for ensuring that their guests comply with the resort's rules and regulations regarding the use of amenities. The amenities include, but are not limited to, the swimming pool, golf, clubhouse, and recreational areas.

4. Payment for Amenities Owners will be billed for any amenities used by their guests during their stay. The charges for amenities will be included in the monthly statement provided to the Owners.

5. Penalties for Non-Payment Failure to pay for amenities used by guests will result in penalties. The penalties are as follows:

• A late fee of [amount] will be applied to any unpaid balance after [number] days.

• Continued non-payment beyond [number] days will result in an additional penalty of [amount] per day until the balance is settled.

• Persistent non-payment may lead to suspension of rental management services and access to resort amenities for the Owner's unit.

6. Dispute Resolution Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved through mediation. If mediation fails, the dispute will be subject to arbitration in accordance with the rules of New Hampshire state law.

7. Linderhof Country Club reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Owners will be notified of any changes in writing, and continued participation in the rental management program constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
