Linderhof Property Owners Association and Golf Course Rules and Regulations
The rules and regulations stated below are established with Article 2.1
Section A of the By-laws of the Association and Article 2 of the
Articles of Association.

The rules and regulations of the New Hampshire Liquor Commission regarding operating hours, serving of beverages and other specifications shall be strictly enforced.

The Club Manager and/or Bartenders are in charge at all times and shall determine when alcohol shall be terminated to members and guests.

No controlled substances other than alcohol are to be sold or used on club property.

All alcohol beverages on club grounds (Pool, Patio and immediate surrounding areas) must be purchased inside the clubhouse.

Abuse or misuse of any club or complex property will not be tolerated.

In consideration of the owner’s profanity and excessively loud talking must be controlled inside and outside of the clubhouse.

No fighting or physical abuse will be allowed.

Shirts/coverings and footwear must be worn at all times inside the clubhouse, in accordance with state laws. Other than the pool area shirts/coverings are required and no bare feet.

No open drinks are allowed to leave the property.

There shall be NO SMOKING inside the building, on the patio, in the pool and within 20 ft of the building.

All minors will be accompanied by an adult in the clubhouse and in the pool at all times.

Trespassing after hours in the pool will not be tolerated.

Metal spikes are not allowed on the golf course.

All owners, guests and renters will be required to check in with the clubhouse staff.

Everyone is expected to be courteous and follow general etiquette.

Harassing and verbally abusing other members and the staff will not be tolerated.

All golfers must have a golf bag on the course. Owners will need the LCC bag tags on their golf bags.

Proper pace of play must be maintained. Eight strokes maximum per hole.

The staff and club house manager reserves the right to revoke golfing privileges of anyone not complying with the rules.

You must be 18 years of age and produce a valid driver’s license to rent and operate a golf cart.

No more than two players in a golf cart.

All signs related to the golf course must be obeyed at all times.

Golf cart renters will be responsible for any damage done to the golf cart. The Staff reserves the right to revoke cart privileges to anyone not complying with any golf cart rules.

Golfers must adhere to the instructions by the staff.

There shall be no non golf activities or sports played on the golf course at any time. There are designated areas around the complex for such. No dog walking on the course. No baby strollers on the course. It is used for golf only. Cross Country skiing and snow shoeing is not permitted when the snow cover is less than 4 inches.

Cross Country skiers and snowshoers must avoid contact with all 9 putting greens.
